Adedeji Adeleke is a Nigerian businessman and investor who is also a self-given billionaire and philanthropist, hailing from Ede the state of Osun Nigeria. His mother who passed away in the year two thousand three was a university teacher named Vero Adeleke. Davido splits his childhood between Nigeria and the States and attended the British International School in Lagos in Nigeria, before relocating to Alabama where he enrolled in business administration at Oakwood University. However, he did not finish Okwood university because he enrolled in 2011 into the music world.


Davido started doing musical sort of activities when he was still at the university around the year of 2011 and in the same year he released a back then his first single Back; including Nigerian rap artist Naeto C.
