Watch out for Ajayi, Ashe and Rosemary in the 100m Semi-finals tonight
Kanyinsola Ajayi , Favour Ashe and Rosemary Chukwuma all claimed a place in the 100m semi-finals at the ongoing 2024 Olympic Games on Saturday.
They are all making their debut at the Olympic Games.
Ajayi won Heat 5 in 10.02s, beating Olympics champion Lamont Marcell Jacobs into second position at 10.05s.
Ghana Abdul-Rasheed Saminu came third in a time of 10.06s.
Ashe finished fourth in Heat 4 behind Jamaica Oblique Seville, Japan Abdul Hakim Sani Brown and Thailand Thurpool Bonboon.
